Frogs are amphibians. "Amphibian" means two lives. Frog seem to have two lives. Young frog live and grow in the water, while fully grown frogs live on land and in the water.

Frog
A fully grown frog no longer looks like a tadpole. It has legs and lungs. Its gills and tail are gone. It can now leap onto land and live out of water. Frogs that live in colder areas hibernate through the winter. When spring arrives they will find a mate and lay more eggs and the life cycle starts again. |
